Tahoe Cozy Cabin is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a 6 person hot tub on the back deck and separate living room with a pool table downstairs. The main floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom upstairs has 2 bunk beds which sleeps 4 people. Down the spiral staircase there is another bedroom with a TV in the closet, another living room, pool table with wet bar, and another full bathroom. The main living room and downstairs living room both have a 70" smart TVs. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and the kitchen island has 4 bar stools for additional seating. The kitchen range has 6 gas grills and a convection oven for those that love to cook.

One pet under 50lbs and potty trained is permitted with a $350 fee. There are security cameras at the house and undisclosed pets may result in access being denied unless they meet the pet requirements and are disclosed.

The house has central heat but NO AIR CONDITIONING.
