The apartment is the main portion of the house where I used to live, and the other portion of house is rented to annual tenants who have NO access to the pool or hot tub. Private parking in front of house easily fits 2 cars/SUVs. Annual tenants have their own parking on the side of the house. The annual tenant's units are on the side and back of house. The bedrooms and bathrooms do not share any walls with the tenant's units. Couch in living room can be used to sleep an additional person. King bed in master and queen bed in second bedroom. All high end appliances, large screen 70" 4K television in living room, television in each bedroom, private large lap pool with jacuzzi (heated salt water), out door shower and bathroom by the pool and laundry facilities. Just a short walk to Siesta Key Village and beach. Beach access 2 is a short 1/2 mile walk that takes you through Siesta Village to the beach. A beach cart, umbrellas and floats are available for renters to use. 2 older bikes are also available for use. Lounge chairs surround the private pool (POOL IS NOT SHARED). Large walk in shower with various shower heads in house with access from master bedroom and hallway. Hard wood floors in main living area. Italian porcelain in bathroom.
The property has security cameras in the pool area and front entrance. There are absolutely no cameras in the house.
Owner purchased home in 1998 and did major renovations in 2011 adding the pool and hot tub. Owner lived in home until 2015 when it was listed as a vacation rental.
The owner lives next door to the property, and is available to accommodate guests should any issues arise.
It is advisable to get trip insurance to protect against financial loss within the no cancelation period, especially during hurricane season.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
I am a criminal defense attorney and real estate agent. I manage several properties in Sarasota, and live next to the home listed here as the vacation rental. I travel quite a bit, and spend a lot of time at my home in Lake Tahoe during ski season and the summer months.
